Penfield Marine is committed to supporting charities and businesses in the communities where we live and work, and advocating for environmental and civic responsibility.

Connecticut Food Bank

Connecticut Food Bank partners with food retailers, growers, donors, and volunteers to source food and distribute it through food pantries, soup kitchens, day programs, and emergency shelters.

St. Judes Childrens Hospital

We support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital believing in the mission of the founder Danny Thomas, that no child should be denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.

Each year, Penfield Marine teams up with Domus by adopting a family in need during the holiday. Domus makes sure every child in their care has food and a few gifts for Christmas.

Yes Prep

Penfield Marine also supports the YES Prep education movement. An investment in YES Prep is truly creating life-changing opportunities for students from low-income communities.

Walk for Hearing

Each fall, Penfield volunteers raise funds and participate in the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Walk4Hearing, the largest walk for hearing loss awareness in the country.

Peter Krämer Sitfung Foundation

Led by Nelson Mandela’s vision that education can change lives and enhance society, the Peter Krämer Sitfung Foundationr “Schools for Africa” initiative aims to enable every child to go to school.

Hole in the wall gang camp

We support The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp which helps create a different kind of healing, offering fun and friendship for children coping with serious illness. We are members of Team Hole in the Wall.

Singapore National Stroke Association

Singapore National Stroke Association provides support, awareness, and advocacy for stroke survivors and caregivers, and seeks to raise awareness of stroke prevention and management.

Mercy Ships

Globally, 5 billion people lack access to safe surgery. Children, teens, and adults suffer and die every day from treatable causes, and one child in eight will die before age 5. Mercy Ships deploys hospital ships to combat this overwhelming statistic.

LOVE, NILS provides home/hospital education, therapies, toy donations, and more to children with cancer who can’t attend school.
